JoJo’s World: Three Bridges with Farris

JoJo is at Coronado Springs saying he’s going to a restaurant he hasn’t been to before. (Revealed later as Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago.) He goes into the lobby area of Gran Destino Tower and mentions that he looking at resort as a place for his mother and sister to stay at when they visit next. JoJo says regardless of their situation, he needs to do a staycation there really soon. He also says that some of his friends are currently doing a staycation at the resort.

JoJo goes outside and heads to The Dig Site pool. There he meets his friend Farris, of FarrisFilms, who is there with a group of his friends. JoJo thinks the pool design is very interesting. “The theming of this pool is so freaking sick!” he says.

JoJo joins Farris’ group in the pool and they all play Marco Polo. At first, JoJo acts as “referee”, but later becomes a player. One of the group wants everyone who’s playing to stay in a specified area. JoJo says they’ve condensed their play area, “so we’re not interrupting guest’s vacations.” JoJo then screams loudly as he plays the game. (If he’s not interrupting guests’ vacations, then he’s certainly making them less pleasant.)

JoJo says he didn’t play the game as a kid because everyone would leave him in the pool. He tries to escape, but gets tagged and takes a turn being “It”.

JoJo goes on the pool water slide and rates it a 7 out of 10. He then goes into the hot tub and says he feels like he’s on spring break, which, instead of being a responsible adult, seems to be his attitude every day. At the hot tub, JoJo asks Farris to be his “date” for dinner, since his actual date cancelled on him.

After touring the pool area, including the pool bar and the arcade, JoJo and Farris go to Three Bridges Bar and Grill. JoJo says there is a walk-up list starting at 4:30pm, and he sees that there’s already a line when they get there. He says it would be really awkward if he can’t get Farris in after pulling him away from the pool. Farris says if he can’t get in, then there will be no second date.

Corn dip heaven:

“I don’t know if I’m just hungry, but that’s beautiful. That’s actually delicious. Y’all need to try it for yourself. I give that a 9.5 out of ten. Nothing’s perfect, but that hits the freaking spot.”

~ JoJo

In the restaurant, they get the sangria flight and the roasted corn dip. JoJo tries the corn dip and likes it and says all the sangrias are delicious. They also get the pan con tomate and the steak frites. “Absolutely delicious. So good. Like, I’m not even trying to hype this up,” JoJo gushes. Farris gives the fries a 10 out of 10 and JoJo is enraptured by the steak. JoJo gives the restaurant 8.5 out of ten. “Lovely, lovely, lovely, lovely,” he says in his review.

JoJo thanks Farris for coming after JoJo’s original date cancelled on him. Farris says he would never cancel on JoJo, ever. JoJo says that was kind of romantic, and he felt it.

JoJo tells viewers that “It was a lovely, unexpected day here at Coronado,” and that he’s going to Epcot that evening to see Smash Mouth perform. He also says that his mother and sister will be visiting him in April.
