JoJo’s World: Shingle Creek

JoJo Crichton and Kyle Pallo decide to do a nature walk at Shingle Creek. At the park, they start the trail walking on a raised walkway across the wetlands. Kyle notes how clear the water below is. He says it’s clear because it hasn’t been polluted by water and boats. JoJo thinks Kyle said, “goats”, and remarks that “that’s oddly specific.”

As they walk along a part of the trail that is not a raised walkway, Kyle keeps venturing off the trail to walk around, climb on logs, and get closer to nature. JoJo says that Kyle looks “so majestic” as he gazes out at nature.

Kyle tries to do an impression of Steve Irwin, and JoJo is recording him. However, someone near JoJo makes a sound and Kyle looks toward whoever that is off-camera and shushes them. It appears that there is a another person with JoJo and Kyle who is deliberately being kept off-camera.

Nature:

“I do have to say, it’s really nice to just get out of the house and just do something different, and that happens to be nature. This is a really cool idea. Never even knew this existed, so it’s very sweet and very cool, and really there’s no one here so we’re just kind of chillin’, exploring. It’s very nice.”

~ JoJo

At one point they are walking under a powerline and Kyle says it kind of looks like the Disney Skyliner.

They see turtles sunning themselves, and other wildlife, but Kyle is on the lookout for alligators. He points to muddied waters and tells JoJo that’s a sign that alligators are nearby and have stirred the waters. JoJo says he doesn’t know if that’s true. Finally, they do see an alligator, and Kyle creeps closer to it. JoJo tells viewers, “Kyle loves to get nice and close to alligators for some reason. Everything else, no, but him…” Kyle jumps back from the gator, reacting to something he sees and JoJo says, “Nature. We’re in Animal Kingdom, everyone!”

Having gone down the trail a long way, they decide to turn back and return to the starting point. JoJo asks viewers to let him know if they want to see more vlogs like this in the future.
