It’s 4:30am and JoJo is at home getting ready to run in the Disney 5k Cast & Family Fun Run. He says he’s never done one before and he’s excited for it. He went to bed at a “slightly decent” time (midnight), so he says he’s not tired. He’s had a breakfast of yogurt and applesauce, believing he needs to eat light before a 5k.
He drives to Epcot and waits at the entrance for his friends. He meets up with Kyle Pallo and two of Kyle’s roommates, Cam and Austin. Cam and Austin act normal, and Kyle is as weird as ever, bopping around like he’s on speed.
JoJo is excited to see that there is a DJ playing dance music before the run and has to check it out. “Apparently, we actually signed up for a rave!” JoJo muses. While listening, he also sees his original Austin, Emily and Hayleigh showing up.
The race starts and JoJo and fellow participants run through World Showcase, in both the public areas and backstage. JoJo sweats profusely from the extertion. He said before the start that he doesn’t like running, but he finishes with a time of 28:35.
