JoJo spends a night out at Universal CityWalk and visits the Dead Coconut Club (renamed temporarily from Red Coconut Club, for the Hollywood Horror Nights). JoJo explains that the club has the Universal Monsters hosting it and he shows the monster themed decor and merchandise store. He enters the club and says, “It’s honestly a full club,” and “it’s a pretty vibe-y spot.”
JoJo shows the friends he’s out with: his girlfriend Krista, his friend Nick and Nick’s girlfriend, Lindy. He also shows the specialty drink menu. JoJo gets “The Haunted Isle”, Krista gets “The Bleeding Eye” (and says it’s strong) and Nick gets the “Java Island Beast”. Linda gets a drink without alchohol, the “Un-Tipsy Tiki”. JoJo mentions that the club also has his “favorite drink”, the green Voodoo Brewing Lacto-Kooler.
JoJo shows his friends dancing and mentions that he has been at the club before, in 2019. They all leave the club and all say they had a good time.
They next go to Fat Tuesday, where JoJo says his “favorite drink to get at CityWalk” is. (Lots of “favorite” drinks, apparently.) JoJo says he doesn’t usually like frozen drinks but the fact that he wants one at this place shows how much he likes it. The drink is a mix of Fat Tuesday’s Eye Candy and Cat 5 Hurricane drinks. “It’s a good mix.”
They go to Antojitos to get food. In the restaurant, JoJo says that he and Nick are reminiscing about the seven day cruise they were on with Marquis, Kyle, Dan and Parker. JoJo wonders if they should do another one and Nick immediately says yes, yes, yes. The girls say they want to go too. JoJo says it’s up to the viewers.
JoJo thinks it’s cool that the restaurant makes tableside guacamole. “Look at all those avocados,” he says. He turns to Krista and exclaims, “Wait a second, let me see those socks, girl!” Startled, she shows that her socks have an image of an avocado on them.
After eating, they go to Rising Star Karaoke. Most of the rest of the vlog then is a bunch of people singing karaoke on stage. JoJo and his friends stay until closing time and the lights come on. Lindy says that the next time “we’re all going to sing. All of us.” Krista replies, “I don’t agree with that statement.”
They leave CityWalk, and JoJo asks Nick and Lindy if they would recommend CityWalk to vistors. They agree that they would recommend it over Disney Springs.
[3/3] The vlog provides an adequate view of the Dead Coconut Club and what it is like there. Same for Antojitos restaurant and Rising Star Karaoke.
