JoJo and his roommate Jete are at the Brightline train station in Orlando. They are taking the train to Fort Lauderdale to do a cruise from Port Everglades. JoJo says, “This is my first time doing a Brightline. I’m very excited. I’m going to give you a full review, and uh, we’re doing premium.”
The security check to enter the Brightline platform is quick. JoJo remarks, “That was super easy.” Jete wonders, “Why isn’t TSA like that? That was so simple.” Past security, there is a small gift shop and a bar. Instead of getting a drink there, JoJo explores the Premium Lounge, an upgraded experience for premium ticket holders. It has comfortable seating, charging ports, and complimentary food and drinks. JoJo describes the lounge as “super chill”.
Considering how well the experience is going so far, JoJo believes he might keep taking the train when going on a cruise out of South Florida. He says he could fly instead, but he’s definitely not driving again. Taking the train may also encourage him to go on solo cruises. He claims he has never taken a solo cruise before, apparently not counting the Margaritaville cruise that Jete was on separately with Elle.

“By the way, for any of you guys asking, Krista wanted to come, but she had work. I would have loved for her to come on this cruise, but don’t worry, she’s coming on the next one.”

Their train is announced, so JoJo and Jete make their way to Track 1. They board and JoJo finds his premium seat. He says, “Wow. I like it. Very spacious.” There is ample leg room, tray tables, adjustable reclining seats, and charging ports.
An attendant brings complimentary sparkling water. JoJo also orders a mimosa from the cocktail cart. For a snack, he grabs a Kind bar.
Exploring the train, JoJo visits the restroom. He comments, “Oh my gosh, this is almost as cool as the bullet train in Japan.” Venturing further back in the train to the regular class where Jete is, JoJo remarks, “I love the premium, but even like regular, it’s very spacious, nice areas, nice bathrooms.”
After visiting Jete, JoJo returns to his seat. At attendant brings a choice of meals and another mimosa. Later, they bring a snack bag. JoJo says, “Honestly, I can’t keep up. The service really has been great.”
The train makes brief stops in West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale before arriving at their destination. Since JoJo and Jete did not sit together, when deboarding, JoJo states, “Hopefully, Jete knows this is where we’re getting off.”
JoJo finds Jete at the station. They review their experiences on the train and Jete says his was “phenomenal”. Leaving the station, they take an Uber to Port Everglades cruise terminal.
At the cruise terminal, JoJo reveals, “We are doing a Disney cruise.” He had been keeping the cruise line secret during the vlog up to this point. The ship is the Dream, and JoJo reminds viewers he had been on it before in 2021.
JoJo concludes with another quick assessment of the Brightline experience, which he gives a thumbs up. JoJo them asks Jete to rate Brightline out of 10 stars. Jete enthusiastically responds, “11. That’s easy.”
