JoJo’s World: A Familiar Prince Phillip

JoJo is at the Disney Springs House of Blues with girlfriend Krista for a Spongebob themed rave. There they meet up with friends Ryan, Farris and Jake. While they are waiting to be allowed in, JoJo shows the themed costumes some of the people are wearing.

Once inside, the party starts to build and JoJo captures the energy of the crowd. By the time he leaves, JoJo is experiencing the usual effect on his speech after he’s been drinking. “I enjoyed it. I had a good time,” JoJo said about his first time in the concert venue.

The next day, JoJo visits Disney’s Magic Kingdom to watch the Festival of Fantasy parade. Standing on Main Street, he talks to Lindy, JoJo’s friend Nick Lamb’s girlfriend. She is noticeably elated about seeing the parade. “Oh my gosh, I am literally… I know if I’m gonna cry or scream or both. I just know I’m gonna probably embarrass myself,” she says excitedly.

JoJo leaves her and goes to Frontierland, to a spot where the parade begins. “Right in the beginning, if you want to see it all, come to the spot,” he says. Part way through the parade, JoJo focuses on the appearance of Prince Phillip. “There is our star, he is the moment,” JoJo exclaims. The prince bows toward JoJo and it can be seen that the person performing the role is JoJo’s friend, character performer Nick Lamb. “Looking good!” JoJo says admiringly.

After the parade finishes and JoJo is free to cross the street, JoJo says “We’re not done watching this parade, because we are beelining safely that way, to get to the front to see our friend Prince Philip again.” JoJo goes back to where Lindy is on Main Street. There she’s with Krista and possibly one of the Wimberlys. At that location, JoJo gets to see the parade go by for a second time.

They watch Prince Phillip and then move to another spot farther down the parade route to see him again. “Look at Prince Phillip fighting. We just had to see more of it. He’s going crazy. In this heat, how could he be doing that?” JoJo exclaims in awe.

After the parade, JoJo talks to Kyle and Kyle’s girlfriend Casey, who also saw Prince Phillip. Kyle says, “That was an awesome Prince Phillip!” JoJo talks to Lindy and she says, “I am so emotional. I’m filled with so much pride and love.”

With the parade watching completed, JoJo then heads to Steakhouse 71 for lunch with Krista. He orders the appetizer “Bacon and Eggs” (Maple-laquered pork belly, smoked cheese grits, perfect egg). JoJo had wanted to try on his birthday, but couldn’t, because it was only available at lunch. “Dude, I really think this is the perfect egg. I don’t know what they do, but this is so good. It’s literally one of the best things you can try when you’re at this Resort,” he says enthusiastically.

JoJo is surprised when the chefs at Steakhouse 71 (having recognized him from his channel) present him with a 15-layer cake, one layer for each floor of the Contemporary. The cake is decorated with 24 Karat edible gold. Despite not being a dessert person, JoJo enjoys the cake, describing it as fluffy and rich. “If I’m going for another bite right now, which I am, it’s pretty good,” he comments.

JoJo ends the vlog by announcing his plans for a dream staycation at the Polynesian Bungalows, where he would be able to watch the Fourth of July fireworks from his room.

While waiting for the parade, JoJo mentioned his second channel and that he has released his first podcast episode on it. He described it as, “I talk with my new roommates about life, travel, and some spicy stuff.”
